Privacy Notice

Last Updated: August 2026

Possiblefix LLC ("Possiblefix," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through possiblefix.com (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. Because we build secure medical portals and business-critical automations, we hold ourselves to a high standard of data protection in our own operations as well.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or email us, we collect the information you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your project or inquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps, via cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Information from client engagements. If you engage us for development, automation, or repair services, we may collect additional information necessary to deliver that work, as agreed in a separate statement of work or contract.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide requested quotes or consultations; deliver, operate, and support the applications, automations, and repairs we build for you; communicate with you about your project, invoices, or account; maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Site and our systems; understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it; and comply with our legal obligations.

Legal basis for processing (EU/EEA/UK visitors). Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps you request before entering one (responding to inquiries, delivering services you engage us for); our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, preventing fraud), balanced against your rights; your consent, for analytics cookies specifically — which you can give or withdraw at any time via the cookie banner or the "Manage Cookie Preferences" button on our Cookie Policy page; and compliance with our legal obligations.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to run the Site (such as remembering your dark/light mode preference and your cookie choice itself) — these don't require consent. We only load Google Analytics, and only set analytics cookies, if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner; if you click "Reject," no analytics cookies are set. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies we use and how to manage or withdraw your choice.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with: infrastructure and service providers who process data on our behalf strictly to operate the Site and our services (for example, our hosting provider, email/SMTP provider, and analytics provider), each bound to protect your data; professional advisors (such as legal or accounting) where necessary; and law enforcement or regulators where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting — to protect the information we hold. For client projects involving healthcare or other sensitive data, we design architectures with encryption, data isolation, and access logging appropriate to the sensitivity of that data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you (EU/EEA/UK residents): the right to access the personal data we hold about you; the right to rectification of inaccurate data; the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); the right to restrict processing; the right to data portability; the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests; the right to withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent (such as analytics cookies), without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

If the CCPA/CPRA applies to you (California residents): the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used; the right to request deletion; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@possiblefix.com and we will respond within a reasonable time (and within any timeframe required by applicable law). You can withdraw analytics consent immediately, without emailing us, via the "Manage Cookie Preferences" button on our Cookie Policy page.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Visitors & Data Transfers

Possiblefix LLC is based in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. If you access the Site from the EU, EEA, UK, or elsewhere outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA or UK to the U.S. — including to service providers who process data on our behalf — we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under GDPR/UK GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider's own certified transfer mechanism. Contact us at support@possiblefix.com if you'd like more information about a specific transfer.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as our social media profiles or products like MedLobby). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
