Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of possiblefix.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Possiblefix LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Possiblefix," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Scope of Services

Possiblefix provides custom web application development, business process automation, healthcare/medical portal architecture, and emergency rapid code repairs, among other technical services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or invoice ("Order") agreed between Possiblefix and the client. Where these Terms conflict with a signed Order, the Order controls for that engagement.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; scrape, harvest, or misuse content from the Site; or submit false or misleading information through our contact or inquiry forms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Possiblefix or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our permission.

Client work. Upon our receipt of full and final payment for a given engagement, the client owns the custom source code and deliverables created specifically for that project, except for any underlying open-source frameworks, libraries, or pre-existing Possiblefix tooling incorporated into the build, which remain licensed (not sold) to the client for use within the delivered project.

4. Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods for any engagement are set out in the applicable Order or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt, and Possiblefix may pause work or withhold deliverables on overdue accounts.

5. Emergency & Rapid Repair Services

Our rapid code repair services are provided to stabilize broken or malfunctioning environments on an "as-is, as-available" basis under time constraints requested by the client. These fixes are intended to restore functionality quickly; we recommend a longer-term review, refactor, or maintenance engagement afterward to address root causes and ensure continued stability.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Specific warranties for delivered client work, if any, will be set out in the applicable Order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Possiblefix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement in the three months preceding the claim. Clients operating healthcare or other regulated platforms bear ultimate responsibility for their own compliance with applicable laws and regulations (such as HIPAA), regardless of technical safeguards we build in.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Possiblefix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Third-Party Links & Products

The Site may reference or link to third-party products and services, including MedLobby, a separate product of Possiblefix LLC with its own terms of use. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of external sites.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Termination or cancellation of a specific client engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable Order.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise agreed in a specific Order.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
